This form is for parents to complete for Exeter Maths School's Maths Circles programme, delivered in partnership with Axiom Maths. The Maths Circles programme is open to students who have been nominated by their teachers and started Year 7/8 in September 2024. Exeter Maths School (EMS) offers both face to face and online versions of this programme. EMS will review the applications and allocate students to the face to face or online programmes in due course, based on geographical proximity to the school.
